VISA Letter Request

If you require a Visa Letter of Invitation from the ITC-EGYPT'2024, please complete the Visa Letter Request Form VISA Letter Request (ITC-EGYPT'2024)

Please note that:

  1. It is ITC-EGYPT 2024 policy to only issue Visa Letters of Invitation to Speakers, Authors, Committee Members, and Attendees paid in FULL
  2. ITC-EGYPT can only issue the Visa Letter of Invitation for the conference. No other kind of documentation will be provided for the use of visa applications
  3. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
  4. Request for a hard copy visa letter will be subject to a US$40 fee to cover the cost of courier delivery and will be added to your conference registration fee.

We strongly advise participants to personally check entry and visa requirements before making travel arrangements at least 3 months ahead of time, as there might be country-specific conditions you are unaware of.   1. A letter of invitation is provided only after you have completed registration for the conference and paid the conference registration fee. Such a letter may be needed to obtain a visa or permission to attend the meeting. If you require an invitation letter please contact the conference registration chair via email at registration@itc-egypt-adc.org
  2. The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend ITC-EGYPT 2024. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays in receiving your letter. You must register for the conference and pay in full before requesting an invitation letter.
  3. We suggest that you leave ample time to apply and obtain your VISA. Click here to see the VISA processing times. Visit Visa2Egypt
  4. ITC-EGYPT 2024 will NOT issue any Letter of Sponsorship or Letter of Guarantee if you are required to do so by the immigration department. It is the participant’s sole responsibility to obtain such documents
  5. ITC-EGYPT 2024 will not refund anyone for cancellations due to visa rejections or participants’ inability to enter the country.
  6. ITC-EGYPT cannot change the decision of any country’s embassy/consulate or any other government departments, nor will ITC-EGYPT appeal to the embassy/consulate on behalf of the applicant.
  7. All questions/concerns regarding the status of your visa should be directed to the embassy/consulate of Egypt where the conference will be held, in your home country.
  8. In no event will ITC-EGYPT be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the information provided on this page.
