General Terms

• The team is responsible for tracking evaluation results and responding to judges' inquiries within the specified timeframe.
• Submitted projects must be fully implemented and not just conceptual ideas. For example, if a participant submits a mobile app project, the application must be developed and functional, incorporating both the idea and its execution.
• The student is fully responsible for all submitted information and must ensure clarity in writing to avoid any delays due to incorrect data.
• The student must clearly enter the information of the team members and the project. (Name of members as in personal ID)

Intellectual Property Rights

• By participating in the competition, participants agree that they cannot use, share, or enter their project in another competition for a period of three months without prior written approval from the competition administration.
• The student participating in the competition must be the sole owner of the project, including the idea and all its components. If the student is not the actual owner of the project, they must provide an official written approval from the rightful owner granting them the right to submit the project for the competition.

Technical Guidelines

• Registration must be completed in English only.
• When writing the proposal, participants must not mention their names or the institution they are affiliated with; otherwise, the proposal will be rejected.
